Inspection
Initial site visits and assessment are always free. We can inspect existing Lighting, Audio, Video, Drapes, Rigging and Seating. ProScene can provide reports on expected longevity, maintenance issues and service needed, as well as help to develop a schedule for compliance work. Let us handle yearly compliance issues like getting your soft goods cleaned and recertified.
Support
ProScene can provide emergency service, scheduled maintenance, and yearly preventative maintenance contracts. Service calls can include equipment testing, cleaning, as well as software upgrades and backup.
Our experienced staff can provide training to your staff, students, or volunteers. Our team is well versed in all aspects of theatrical production and equipment.
Design Consulting
We can help you with equipment upgrades, specifying gear for bid or sourcing it for you. Our project manager will be with you every step of the way, supporting your staff and contractors, or by providing completely turn key installation. ProScene only uses licensed contractors specifically specialized in theatre and event production.

Storage and shop areas become cluttered, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous. We can help design appropriate storage for cable, lighting, microphones, props, scenery or anything else that is getting in the way.
Periodic and Yearly maintenance is overdue with no end in sight. We offer contracts to handle equipment software updates, equipment cleaning, rigging inspections, and drape cleaning/fire certification.
Emergency calls are our specialty. We are able to offer same and next day service to most areas of NJ. Our staff has the experience with the oldest and newest gear, along with factory training from major manufacturers.
School Theatres
It does not matter if you have a full proscenium stage, a cafegymatorium, or a stage trailer from the county, every school theatre program needs support. Our business started from the constant need from schools to get a little help in the door.
30 years of experience means our technicians have worked in a lot of schools. We understand the purchasing and bid processes and we can work with your purchasing team to make sure your needs and budgets are satisfied at the same time. The theatre in a school is often an overlooked location, that does not get the attention needed until a fire marshal or inspector spots an issue.
We can offer training to staff and students on the operation and safety of your venue. When it comes time for repairs and upgrades, we can turnkey a solution using our licensed contractors that specialize in entertainment work, or we can work with the schools own electricians and carpenters to get the job done.
ProScene theatrical contracts can include support and diagnostic calls, yearly required upkeep, periodic maintenance and cleaning on equipment. Training can be included for any aspects of your space. Our design team can help determine the best gear to upgrade and compliment your existing space and prepare bid descriptions, or provide the contact information for three reputable stocking dealers for purchases.

Our staff is comprised of industry professionals from all aspects of entertainment and live events. We have found that a lack of full time trained technical staff is usually the biggest indicator of a venue’s stress over technical maintenance. ProScene gives any venue the ability to get access to the best possible technicians and experience. Fire compliance, proper and best practice rigging, electrical hazards, and egress issues are often not given the attention they deserve.
